12 Things to Accomplish Fitness Wise by my 26th birthday!!
1) Work out 5 Days a week
2) Stop drinking Soda
3) Strength Training Schedule
4) Eat fruit or veggie with each meal
5) Cut way back on dairy
6) One treat a week
7) Cut way back on fat
8) No fried food!!!
9) Go on a daily walk
10) Cut out as much processed food as possible
11) Get on tri-training schedule
12) Smaller Portions
